Contest Rules:

• Promotion Period runs 3/17/23 – 4/14/23
• Must be 18+ and be a resident of Chautauqua County to win the cash prize. If the winner is not a Chautauqua County resident a substitution prize(s) equivalent to $500 will be awarded by Media One Radio Group.
• One entry per person, per station.
• Employees and immediate family members of any Media One Radio Group station or Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union are not eligible.
• Participants agree to have their first name and last initial used in promotional material
• The winner will be randomly selected by computer automated drawing on 4/16/23 and will be contacted by the phone number they registered with when downloading the app.
• If the winner does not respond within 30 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited.
• Odds of winning will be based on number of eligible participants that enter.
• By entering this promotion, the winner has agreed that he/she has read and agrees to all contest rules.
• Media One Radio Group and Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union has the right to use winner name for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and for any other such purposes as determined, in any and all media worldwide without limitation, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
• All federal, state and local laws apply.
• Winner must have a current account with Greater Chautauqua County Federal Credit Union or must sign-up as a new member to receive their winnings.
• There is no transaction necessary to enter or win. A transaction will not increase your chance of winning. The winner will have $500 deposited into their account.
• Media One Radio Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, viruses, tampering, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Media One Radio Group on its sole discretion.
